Missing warehouse in Raw material via Master planning

Hi Folks,


I have generated planned production order from demand forecast line where I have defined site and warehouse against FG item, when I run master plan system bring warehouse against FG item but raw materials are coming without warehouse, thus refill warehouse functionality is not working and due to this planned transfer journal is also not creating. Whereas if I select warehouse in formula and run master plan system bring site and warehouse but I could not define warehouse in formula.

    Hi Umair,

    There are a lot of settings and parameters to control production, master planning and warehouse. To be able to make the best choices, I would suggest to hire a consultant who can work with you, listen to all your requirements and suggest the best setup for your environment.

    Hi Umair,

    As Andre mentioned, you may need an expertise to help you to configure the details since the issue you encountered related MRP and production control, lots of parameters affects the planning results.

    Maybe you can check the formula line see if 'resource consumption' is ticked or not, then check the warehouse of resource on the route.

    Thanks for replying, "resource consumption" is marked in formula and what if formula item is without routing, so it has nothing to do with warehouse of resource on the route.

    Have you setup the default order settings of the item and indicated site and warehouse?
