Hello,

Is it possible to put an existing email address so that the recipient knows where the email comes from and opens it but that he cannot reply to this address even if it exists.

Is it possible to configure this on the Marketing application?

Thank you for your help.

    Hey Fa,

Unfortunately, you cannot prevent a user from replying to an email. You can name your "reply to address" as something like "noreply@contoso.com" and when the user presses the "Reply" button - this email will be put in the "To" field for them.

    Thanks,

    Shravan Suri
