Does anyone have a requirements set to understand CRM concepts?

Hi,

I would like to try out development of actual business requirements based on some real world scenarios to understand CRM concepts.

Does anyone have any trial set of requirements which I can try on trial environment?

    Thanks for response. Yes I want to try real world project scenario which can cover many OOB aspects of CRM and can be considered as real world business.

    I just want this for my learning purpose.

    Good initiative !!

    Few pointers though; usually customers will not share their FRD/Requirements to public. But some customers or partners might share their issues or challenges right here on communities, keep on solving them, not just by referring URLs but also trying them in your environment.
