Customize a report 120 "Aged Accounts Receivables".

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

hi all,

i need to customize a report 120 "Aged Accounts Receivables".
what i try to do is to group the report by the salesperson.
eg: salesperson JS hv 5 customer then

Salesperson: JS

customer no
1) xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx
2) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
.
.
5)XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

but i've no idea on it.

although i already set the key for the customer table...but it didn't work also..the rpt only group by salesperson when the user filter the salesperson code b4 preview the report....

IF user do not filter the salesperson...the report display all record that belong to all salesperson within the aging period.

Add a new dataitem for saleperson/purchaser and Specify DataItem Link to the customer and indent the other dataitem properly then add a new section called group footer for saleperson/purchaser and copy the textboxes from the customer footer to that section
