Importing leads via csv

I am having trouble importing leads to dynamics. I keep receiving data is not in the right format (but it is I think) or an error when mapping ie : If I map industry first, the import tool crashed once I map the next field.

Is there a specific template that I can use? My company hasnt been able to support me here and I am getting frustrated

    If you go to Advanced Settings>Data Management>Templates for Data Import and choose the table you want to import for. This should give you the template with all the columns and you can put the data into the columns.

    Please refer to the following documentation, which provides detailed information:
    1)You can use double quotation marks (“) or single quotation marks (‘) as data delimiters.
    2)Make sure that the first line of a file contains the column headings.
    3)Make sure data exists for all business-required fields.
    Example showing sample leads to import:
    The first line contains the field names, and the remaining lines are imported as data.
    Company,Last Name,First Name,Topic,Email,Mobile Phone
    "Designer Bikes""Groth""Brian""Mountain bikes""someone@example.com""555-555-0112"
    "Major Sporting Goods""Bedecs""Anna""Components""555-555-0171"
