User Session - Ending Blocked

Dear All,

We are facing a strange issue. For some user ID's the system is not allowing to end the session and is giving an error Ending-Blocked.

We tried to remove the users record from SYSCLIENTSESSIONS in the SQL but once we restart the server, the user sessions again get created.

    Stop ax service anf restart server then it will automatically clear from sysclientsession table.

    Dear Hajish,

    We tried the same but still the session gets automatically created with 3 user ID's and they are not admin but general AX users.

    I'm not sure , u can try to remove login history  for those users and restart ax service most probably it will solve.

    Hi Binit,

    Check the batch tasks if these users started a large task which keeps to be in executing state.

    Dear Andre,

    It worked. There were batch jobs which were running with this user and hence we were not able to end the session.
