by mistake i deleted the SDK file from my drive
how can i download it again?
and my version is (10.0.793.41)

You can download it from the LCS shared asset library.
Or copy it from local upgrade file, like this:

in LCS shared asset library it's empty as you see here
and also that folder in Service volume has been deleted
i fixed by redownload it for LCS
