Dynamics SL 2015 CU1 Update Issues

All, 

Thanks for your time. I'm trying to install Dynamics on a new machine here in the office, but am having issues when trying to install update CU1 on the local machine. Apparently our source folder with these installation files is either missing some files or has become corrupted, because I am getting errors when running the CU1 update file.

"The patch cannot be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer patch package." 

Ok, so I thought I'd re-download it. Can't. CustomerSource keeps giving me errors after logging in, and I can't get beyond the login. Here is what I get: 

Server Error in '/' Application.


Runtime Error

Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated. 

This comes from the CustomerSource webpage. When navigating Microsoft pages, I'm inevitably brought back to this CustomerSource page which gives me this error. 

I just need the Dynamics 2015 CU1 update files. Can someone please help me? Where I need to go or how these can be obtained?

    Hello Cliff,

    If you create a case in MS support we can get the update files to you. The case would not be charged. Also you might try again at the customersource site, as it could be working properly at this time.
