LCS cannot connect to the Azure subscription using Azure Resource Manager

Hi all,

When I want to deploy an environment with the latest AX version (Nov), an error show as "Lifecycle Services can't connect to the Azure subscription using Azure Resource Manager. Click the Microsoft Azure Settings button and edit the selected Connector to provide the required permissions. To enable Azure Resource Manager for your connector, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=825649".

It seems I need to enable my ARM in Azure connector, so I go there and try to do it. But when I saw the picture below, I go to Azure portal but cannot find this application... Can anyone tell me how to do it? Can I still deploy the new version environment with enable the ARM function? Thank you!

In my case, I cannot set up ARM due to the user has no sufficient permission. After I change to another user. It worked.
