Hello.
When I want to close Opportunity with Close as Won button on the ribbon, it opens a pop-up window.
I want it to be opened as side panel. But I could not find the setting that I could accomplish this.

Anyone can help?

Thanks

In Dynamics 365 Sales, the "Close as Won" / "Close as Lost" dialog cannot be converted to a side panel.
This pop-up window is a system-controlled dialog form (known as the OpportunityClose Quick Create dialog), and Microsoft does not provide any setting in the UI, App Designer, or Sales Hub configuration to render it as a side panel.

    Hello,

I got the same reply from ChatGPT, but I already have an example which it can. Only thing is that I could not find the setting where I can adjust it. And the place which ChatGPT says I can find seems not to exist. (As it usually occurs). And if you look at the forms listings, you see there also a quick create Close as Won form.

I think if you opt to use a custom Close as Won form for the Opportunity, it converts it to the Quick Create form instead of the central dialog pop-up?
