Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could help. I am creating some email templates and there seem to be a whole host of issues with the email area of CRM. One particular bug is whenever i copy in some text from word, the template adds in masses of white space and whenever I attempt to remove this, it simply creates more whitespace. Is this a known bug or is there a fix for this?

Rightly said, there are definitely a whole lot of issues with the email area of CRM. Was this issue addressed by MS ?
We are currently facing the same issue on Dynamics 365. There seem to be a lot of spaces being added while editing emails.
