How to change the Service Account record type?

Hey guys. We are using the Field Service component to handle maintenance and repair work for customers. The trouble is, the service account is populating the address fields of the work order which is wrong. We actually need the address to pull from the contact record. How can I change this?

some were successfull with overriding the default JavaScript that is responsible for this behavior
