Display different form for a entity (say account) in different areas (Sales and Marketing) of Dynamics CRM Online

Hi ,

Can someone tell me as how can I display different 'Account' form in different areas  (Sales and Marketing) of Dynamics CRM Online

    You can't display different forms for different areas. Forms are role dependent not area dependent.

    You can display one or more Fields from one Entity Form on Another, but can't display different forms for different areas

    Hi Rakhi,

    Bases on the security roles, you can display different forms for an entity. For example, based on security roles, only the sales module will be visible to the Sales related security role (say Sales Manager) and only the marketing module will be visible to the Marketing related security role (say Marketing Manager). So if we assign forms based on security roles, then the corresponding module available to the person displays only the form which he/she can view as per the role.

    Hi Rakhi Sharma,
    Based on different areas you can not display different forms, but based on field value you can display different forms.
