how to attach a form to a actionpane button?

created a form and a actionpane button.
how to attach these two so that when i click on that button the form should open.

create a Display menuItem under AOT >MenuItems and then drag your menuItem in your Form ActionPane.

Please look How to create MenuItems in AX2012.

Hi,

After adding the menuItem to the actionPane, specify the following properties(highlighted in yellow). Either you can set the OpenMode property to View or Edit based on your requirement.
