Report names in "Run Report" menu are cutoff

I am trying to upgrade our CRM system to CRM 365. When I click on the "Run Report" drop down menu, e.g. from a list view of an entity, the width of the drop down menu is limited and only show partial report names. Can anyone help?

Also, the field labels on the form are cutoff too. People said we can extend the label size from Section property. Is there a way to make the label wrap like in CRM2011. We have some "question" style fields and the labels are quiet long.

For report drop down menu, i cant find a way to achieve this.
