Hi,
is it possible to consfigure non hierarchical GDPR Consent Levels? This would allow an easier management of situations when a contact gives consent for profiling (or an higher custom level) and does not give consent for marketing.
A lot of websites allow a separate selection of marketing and profiling consent. The possibility to check multiple consent level choices instead of a combo box would help.
Thank you

Hi V Hacer,
the current built-in consent model is hierarchical.
But your feedback is great and we will think of how to offer more flexibility. If you have more details on that topic to share, please send them to me by private message.
Meanwhile, the solution to split marketing and profiling consent could be in using "Email" and "Bulk email" attributes in contact preferences.
As you can see from the table, sending commercial and transactional emails can be controlled from there. So you need to think of how to build the right segment with these attributes and what consent level to assign to your customer journey.
