What is your question?
The Picture hardly tells anything.
Can you describe your problem? It would be difficult to find out by looking at your screenshot.
This report shows the document number. Just one item But I want the document number to show all.
How do I do it?
That is a whole different expectation.
In Standard AX, the Purch Reports are connected by the PurchId.
If you Need a Report to Show all Purchase orders containing the item, you have to develop a completely new Report altogether.
Can I recommend writing this report?
I have never developed a language x ++.
want a sample
You can easily use a Query (with PurchLine) for this Report.
You will additionally have to develop an SSRS Report based on your data/Design, with this query.
Here's a good sample community.dynamics.com/.../developing-ssrs-report-using-query-in-microsoft-dynamics-ax-2012
you can check this link as an initial point for learning SSRS
