It looks like somehow the path to your integration manager file got repointed to the sample one.    Without knowing the location of your real integration manager file, it is hard to tell you exactly what to do.   But open up Integration Manager (not Run Integration), then Tools>Options and there is a path to the imd or mdb file you have been using in the past.

Sorry can't provide a better fix, but this is entirely dependent on the way your install was configured.

    Thanks Warren,

I found below path under integration manager.

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\Integration Manager 11\Samples\IntegrationManagerSamples.IMD

    Please advice...

So somewhere on either your hard drive or network is another *.imd file that you should point to.   It may be an mdb file, depending on how long you have used GP.    You need to figure out where it is and point at it.

Is this a new workstation?   If so, it may be on your old one and did not get moved over.

    Thanks you so much Warren,

Yes, This is a new workstation. I found mdb file in shared drive and pointed to that mdb file. So now I see 2nd screen shot window which is I want.

But when I run integration > Accounts receivable import I get below error message.

    Please help....

    Thanks Again!!!

This message appears to be complaining about invalid registrtion keys. These keys need to be loaded on each computer. They are not located in the mdb or imd file.

Where do I find the registration keys? Which location these keys need to be loaded on computer?

I found two mdb files with the same name in shared drive, One was from 2010 and the other one was 08/2013. So I connected to new file (08/2013) into integration manager. Is that possible to give connection to OLD file in integration manager to get read off the above error?

If not then please provide me some more details about registration keys with the steps that need to follow.

    Thanks You,

    Jay

As Richard said, the reg keys are not located in the mdb file, so using the old one is not going to fix this error.   Please contact your GP Partner to obtain your reg keys for IM.   They can also instruct you on how to register the product.

If you can log into CustomerSource you will find your IM keys there. Otherwise you will need to contact your reseller.

This is telling you that IM can't find the source files.   Go into IM (not Run IM), open the Integration.   You should see Sources.   In Sources, open up the source shown (may be more than one).   In that you should see the path that IM is using to find the source files.    You may have to change that path to the right location.
