    Hi Saikrishna98,

Could you post a larger screenshot? I couldn't recognize error in the posted screenshot.(text is too small)

How did you create your custom API?

If you would like to create a custom API endpoint, you could create a HTTP Request Trigger in Power Automate,

it will process client request information and connect to your Dynamics environment, then send a custom response back to client.

    Hi Saikrishna,

Is your app service built with .NET Framework?

I have checkd your URL, you app service is running, which means  that your app has been published to Azure.

However, there is some error in your path: api/data/v9.0/patient, please add proper code to your endpoint to process request data.

You could take tutorial below as reference for how to build a web api with ASP.NET.
