Business operates in US and Canada: What are my Business Central Implementation options?

Hey Everyone,

I'm a bit new-ish to BC. Mostly have been working within the F&O space, and I'm hoping someone with more experience can offer some guidance on my query below. Thanks!

Let's take the scenario where I have a business that operates in the US and Canada. The US and Canada locations share the same warehouses, items, AR and AP, etc. Given localization concerns, what are the available options for a Business Central deployment? Would I need two databases and two production instances of BC? If yes, how what are the options for synchronization to avoid doubling up on data entry and time taken to do so?
