Hi Guys ,
I have created a system and added workflow for approval process , I have administrator role so I am able to see the submit button like below .
But users who have not system administrator role they are not able to see this workflow Submit button in Ax 2012.
Please suggest .

Did you create security privileges for the workflow elements and assign them to the roles (that the users have)
