Tab button not working correctly after upgrade to BC18

I recently completed an upgrade from bc15 to bc18.3 OnPrem. I am working in web client and I have found this issue to be the same for both sales lines and purchase lines. Steps:

Create a Sales Order.
Create a Sales line.
1. Select Type: Item
2. Manually type in a full Item No. in the Sales Line No. field.
3. Tab off the No. field.
4. The cursor is now on the Description field, as it should be.
5. Tab off the description field.
  1. Nothing appears to happen.
  2. After multiple times of attempting to tab off of the Description field, the cursor will end up at the top of the page usually on the Search icon.

The same applies to Purchase Lines on the Purchase Order. If, instead of manually typing in the No. field on the line, I drill down and select an item, the tab functionality works correctly throughout my process. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I am not able to reproduce this scenario. Did you upgrade both platform and application?
