Contract revenue amounts do not match the invoice amounts and also the revenue schedule does not extend beyond 60

Posted on by 35

We have a contract we've entered using Contract administration. Contract lengths are 72 months and contract billings are 72 months too. However, the revenue amounts do not match the invoice amounts and also the revenue schedule does not extend beyond 60 months although the contract is 72 months. I could not find any info using CustomerSource Knowlege base.   Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. Cherie

it might be that the fiscal periods are not set up beyond the 60 months. i would check the company calender setup. Microsoft Dynamics GP>Tools>Setup>Company>Fiscal Periods.
