We are currently experiencing an issue in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations related to Financial Reporting (Management Reporter).
Issue Details:
We created a financial report and configured all required row, column, and reporting tree definitions correctly. The report generates successfully; however, the values appear incomplete (not all transactions are reflected). After saving the report, it does not appear under Financial Reports inside Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Upon investigation, we found that resetting the Data Mart is a recommended solution.
However, when attempting to reset the Data Mart, we receive the following error message: "The data mart reset was unable to be processed because of an active task. Try again later."
We have verified the following:
- No users are currently generating reports.
- No reports appear to be in progress.
- We have reviewed the Financial reporting status form.
Could you please assist us in:
- Identifying the active task that is blocking the Data Mart reset.
- Advising on how to safely clear or terminate the stuck process.
- Confirming whether this issue may indicate Data Mart corruption.
