Modifying option for existing field in 2018 AL

Hi Everyone,

I would like to add option in existing option type field in AL. 

Any idea??

    The workaround for On Premise you can find it on below which still need to change in C/SIDE to mark the field as extensible

    docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-extensible-enums

    I don't want to change anything in C/Al. Is it any other possibility on AL only??
