Extracting data from Quick Query with paging turned on

We are testing Service Pack 1 with the paging option in Quick Query. Is there a way to extract ALL of the data returned in the query?

Currently we have the data return set to 5,000 lines per page which works great when returning data. But when extracting data into Excel it only EXTRACTS the first page no matter where I am in the data (first page, last page, page in the middle).

There MUST be a way...otherwise, having the paging feature is really no good to me. Thanks in advance for any tips/tricks!!

Hi Kari,

When you select Export to Excel from within the Quick Query it should popup with a message stating:

System Message 10509

Do you wish to export all the pages of the query?

Please make sure that your Solomon.ini has a quick query section that appears as follows:

[quickquery]

Paging = yes

Maxsqlrows = 5000
