RE: Installing Dynamics CRM Server 2015

Clearly there are left overs of the CRM 2013 installation, most likely registry or System folder files or other.

If you are intending to use this installation for a long time not just a temporary setup, I would definitely recommend a fresh install of the VM so that you have a clean Box.

That's the thing I searched in Registry but I can't find anything related to CRM. Do you have any suggestions for where to look?

I believe MS has created some entry in Registry and setup is detecting this value. Not sure which entry, however you can validate in REGEDIT.
