Transfer order receving invalid license plate ax 2012 using WMS mobile device menu item license plate receiving and put away

Hi Experts

I am having some trouble solving the below issue. your help will be Really appreciated

Error Description:

No issue in transfer order issuing part. The Error occurs on the transfer receiving part when we are picking less than a full license plate quantity and specifying a target license plate for the traveling QTY. When we try to receive the license plate (target) on the mobile device using the license plate receiving and put away menu item the error message “Invalid License Plate” is displayed

Transfer order Creation

Item On-hand quantity

Then we perform the transfer issue work for the transfer order and specify the target license plate for the traveling QTY

On-hand quantity for initial LP after transfer issue

On-hand quantity for new target LP: LPN777 before post ship transfer

On-hand quantity for new target LP: LPN777 After post ship transfer

Changed warehouse to the receiving warehouse and used license plate receiving and put away menu item to receive we get the below error :Transfer receiving from WMS giving error “Invalid License plate”

Transfer order status still shipped

As a work around we are Posting the Receiving from the transfer order since cannot be done from WMS mobile device
