Navigation List preview pane appearing as HTML code

Hello fellow GP experts,

I have an issue with Navigation List preview pane appearing as HTML code instead of the normal data that should show.

There are end users accessing GP with a remote application and it appears fine, but when you access GP on the server, it shows as HTML.

Any thoughts?

    Jason,

    Have you checked the version of smart list builder on the remote desktop as well as server version.
