BC13 to BC21 data Upgrading issue. on NA(USA) version

I am getting below error when am doing data upgrade from BC13 to BC21. please provide your suggestion.

    Hi, If you want to upgrade to BC21, please upgrade to at least BC14. Microsoft does not support direct upgrade from BC13 to BC21.

    Hi ZHU,

    I Upgraded to BC14. and then I am upgrading to BC@21.

    when i am doing sync on BC21 i am getting this Error.

    Hi, it seems to be related to object and column names, I recommend you to check it again.

    which table i have to Look into. i have checked all Custom and Customized tables but didn't find anything.
