How do I supress the Configuration Wizard when Outlook starts on a RDSH server (terminal)? I've found some reg keys to modify for CRM 4.0 plugin, but not 2011. In 2011, those reg keys don't exist.

Can you please Add a binary value by name CRMAddin under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency\DisabledItems (you may need to add Resiliency\DisabledItems keys) and set the value CRMAddin to following binary blob:
