Unable to create/delete/update any connection records

Hi Guys,

I am trying to create one connection record but there is something that goes wrong and there is an error.

Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: Found 2 record teams for entity account with id d06cf39d-a222-eb11-8108-00155dc38173, team template id 4c3bbee5-f94e-e511-80ee-001dd8b71d47. (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault)., Correlation Id: ed31c149-5611-40c4-8ee9-7eea422e7407, Initiating User: 3cb9c77c-9a54-ea11-8146-00155dab0114

Any help will be appreciable,

Note : Am not able to delete existing connection record nor i am able to create new connection record.

Is it a custom plugin? If yes, verify its logic maybe it is mal-functioning.

I have check that there is one plugin written. when i have disabled that adding of the connection record worked perfectly.

Hi Mehdi,

The error message or exception is same as what i have mentioned.

But one thing that i observe is that there exists already the duplicate connection records.

is that causing anything, how to play around that?

Please share the error message for the delete operation
