We have an issue with 401 worksheets. It is seems to not affect every stores during polling. We use 6 HQ polling servers and a HQ server. Each store has its own server. What started happening is some stores would execute the 401 worksheet disconnect from the HQ polling server but the store client indicated still sending data. So , it looks like the procedure for HQ to end the worksheet and recreate another 401 is not executing. I think the send data connection is staying open because we got sales for the next day without a 401.
At this point we deleted all 401's. We went back and started polling 4 stores with success but then a single store went back into that hung state.
