Crystal report viewer (CR11) error in vista

Hi I have created crystal report for GP 09 SP2. Using Dex code i am calling crystal report. it is working fine in XP and widow server. but in vista i am able to see report but while giving print it is throwing error. Error msg: "unhandled object exception the com server was termenated unexpectedly exception_class_object_exception exception subclass:1" after this error GP logout automatically. Report developed in crystal version 11. In client I installed : Crystal XI RDC.msi and registered Crystal11.dll in system32.

    I believe Crystal XI is not compatible with Vista or Windows 7.  You need Crystal XI R2 or higher.
