Hi All,

Currently, there are some fixed asset groups exist in system already ;

then I do want to import some other new fixed asset groups by using the Data management - import through the data entity "Fixed Asset Groups"

However, when import, error prompt as follow:

The column FIXEDASSETGROUPID in entity Fixed asset groups has incorrect data. Please correct the data and try the import again.
'0' 'Fixed asset groups' record(s) inserted in staging

Seems NOT allow to insert the Fixed Asset Groups record....anyone know what settings I should fix in order to able to import the Fixed Assets group records ?  thanks

    Looks like fixed Asset Group id you are using in your template does not exist in F&O. Can you check if the value is present in Fixed asset > set up > fixed asset group form ?

    Hi,

    Open your excel and delete all the lines after your data finishes which look like blank lines and retry to import after you attach your new file.

    Hi Sukrut,

    do you mean, i need to create the Fixed Asset groups one by one manually in system first, then use the Data Entity to update the information ?

    But I do want to make use of the data entity to create those new Fixed Asset groups in system....

    Hi Billur,

    many thanks for your information, i've tried again follow your instruction, and it works finally....

    so, it should be the excel file problems only....

    Thanks

    Phyllis
