CRM adding indexes from customization

Hello,

I would like to know how can i add indexes to the CRM entities.

I didn't find any way in the customization/solutions under settings.

The only way i guess is left is adding them on the MYSQL server directly and microsoft does allow this.

But this wouldn't be possible on CRM online. Right?

    Yes, you cant do it at your own. Try request with Microsoft by submit a ticket.

    Hi Aseem,

    In CRM Online, you can check this feature: technet.microsoft.com/.../mt718506.aspx

    Also, if you notice poor performance, you can reach out to Microsoft Support, who can do a more in depth analysis and generate indexes if need be as you don't have direct access to the CRM DB in Online
