When you're linking Power Apps tables to Fabric, you're essentially tapping into Fabric-native services like OneLake, Lakehouse, or Data Warehouse. These services require a Fabric capacity, and PPU doesn't include access to them.
So even with a valid PPU license, the platform will still prompt you to either:
Upgrade to a workspace backed by Fabric capacity, or
Start a Fabric trial to get temporary access.
