Hi all,

when we try to cancel the sales order, we are getting the error.

The load line is being processed as part of a wave right now, so cannot be updated at the moment. Please try again later. Alternatively check if the related wave is in an inconsistent state and needs to be cleaned up.

Hello Joe,

Can you check whether the sales order has been released to the warehouse? If released, can you remove the load?

It is in open status but when we try to delete the load it triggering error.

If you click on "Warehouse" in the sales order line, is the button "Load details" enabled?

yes, the button "Load details" enabled? and if try to delete the load lines i am getting the same error.

Hello Joe,

Can you try to correct the status with the feature "Recalculate load/shipment status"? After correction, could try the cancellation again?

I’ve tried the setups as per your instructions. However, when I attempt to process it, I receive a warning message stating that “The load is not in process status.”

Upon reviewing the load details, I noticed that the load status is marked as 'Posted', which is likely preventing further processing.
