Installation error CRM 2016

I'm trying to install Dynamics on my windows 10 and I got an error:

Cannot proceed because there is a pending restart required.

I restarted many times but nothing, then I deleted the registers but still nothing.

What should I do?

    Hello Saroj,

    I guess the problem was the Runonce registry.

    But I couldn't preceed the the intalation of the CRM server 2016,

    I guess I need to install it on a windows server, right?

    I was trying to install it on windows enterprise.

    Is it difficult to install it on the Windows Server?
