Hi All,

I have a sub grid(Custom entity) on case form and sometimes "+" button not showing to add the record from sub grid. But, if i refresh the subgrid manually, "+" button is displaying.

is this product bug?Please help me.

Note:

We are using D365 8.2 on premise.

HI Goutam,

This issue happening for all the users in Chrome Browser.

Note:

We did not customized anything related to Ribbon Area.

Does this issue is happening for all users or particular user ?Also is this happening with in particular browser?

Do you have any kind of customization related to ribbon workbench ?

Hi Seeni,

Can you remove and re add sub-grid again.

1. Remove sub-gird and publish solution.

2. Re add sub-grid and publish solution.

if this doesn't work can you try adding same sub grid in different entity form to make sure issue is not elsewhere.
