Hello 

a client of mine asked me the opportunity to use the helpdesk module as well as for accounts and contacts also fon the user

Is it possible?

    I'm not sure what your question is?

    Are you saying you would like to create cases/incidents for users as well as contacts/accounts?

    The easiest way to do this would be to add a User lookup on the case form and maybe you could add an account for your current company.  You would then know all cases raised for your company were user cases and then look at the user lookup field to see who raised it.

    If you wanted to modify the contact/account lookup to add in user, this would involve some unsupported Javascript code and I don't think it would be worth the effort.
