In Business Central, Lists or Views are created and saved by individual user and available to that user.  Is it possible to create lists or views that are available to all users or selected users?
 
Please advise.  Look forward to a response.

    Hello,
     
    you can personalize profiles on the Profile(role). Create views on the profile, so all users that have that profile assigned will see your views.

    Typically, this is done by having users share the same profile, which can then be customized to include the desired shared views. This functionality is available out of the box.
