Adding icons and toggles for a new role center

When choosing or copying and creating a new role center, sometimes when I switch the role/profile to the new one in question, it all appears blank with a blue screen. There are no menu toggle options or cues whatsoever. I am expecting all the menu shortcuts and cues to be there, tailored to that role. Is there a permission for a table or another setup that needs to be enabled to have those shortcuts all appear on the role center?

It looks like you created an empty role.

Using the Copy Profile function to create a new role should not cause this problem.

how would I set up a new role if it was not copied, but instead created from scratch? With all the missing pieces on the role center?
