Hi
Can anybody assist with how/where this information is populated on the work header the field appears to be read only and I cannot find any information on this field via Microsoft

    Work Description Field
    Hi. The only process in standard that uses this field is Return Order receiving. In this scenario, the Order number field contains the Sales order number (of the Return order), and the Description field contains the Return order number (RMA).
