Case Title

I would like to change the Case Title field data type to Option set or Choice but I see that the data type field is locked.
 
Please can anyone advise on how possible this is?

    Hi Partner,
    If a field has been created, it is not possible to change its type, this is by design.
    If you want to use 'case Title' field data type with Option set or choice, you can create one new field with type you need.
    Then you can remove original 'Case Title' field from the case form, and add the new created field on the form.

    If you worry it, you can copy new field value to original title field.
