Purchase Order Pending Invoice not shown in AX 2012

Hi All,

I have a user query that, while invoicing the PO, lines is not shown. Image below:

I checked the Pending Invoice, but there is no header and line in Pending invoices tab of the PO.

I checked the VendInvoiceInfoLine table has 1 record with RequestStatus: Draft

and VendInvoiceInfoTable table has 2 records with ParmJobStatus: Waiting and VendInvoiceSaveStatus is different for both: Pending and New

Please suggest some advice regarding the issue. Is there is any table where the data was stuck, and we need to delete it? Is there is any other tables that I need to look into?

Have you posted a product receipt?

What happens if you change the default quantity for lines?

Hi Jonas,

Yes, The Product receipt generated with the same quantity. Default quantity is not changes while generating Product Receipt.

Is there is any other things which were required to check.

No, this is odd indeed... I wonder what the user did to end up in this scenario?

Regardless, if this is a one-off issue I would not spend too much time trying to troubleshoot it. It's faster to recreate the invoice.

You can check and get rid of the pending vendor invoice by going to the pending vendor invoice form, and adjust the filters.
