Creating a Year range parameter on SSRS report

Hi Team,

Im  creating new SSRS Report user requesting to create new parameter for report like monthly and yearly.

instead of From Date we need to show like From Year and for ToDate we need to show like ToYear eg : user can select only Year like 2018,2019,2020, etc..

Please fine the attachment for your reference 

any 1 can help me on this to create on contract class and controller class.
