Increasing width of column within a drop down

Hello, 

Is it possible to increase the width of a column within a drop down? see below example.

    This is high density flyout header of the form

    powerapps.microsoft.com/.../

    and I do not think there is any OOB way to change the width. Do not forget Dynamic Model Driven App is Web Responsive and screen adjust based on different screen.  So do not attempt for any non standard way!!
