We have found that for the Work Order entity via an advanced find that the excel template option is greyed out. Does anyone know a way around this or why it is greyed out?
Hi Alex,
In the Unified Interface framework app, navigate to Field Service >Settings > Field Service Settings. turn off 'show simplified work order command'.
This setting influences the command bar on the work order's grid and form.
The following commands will be hidden from the list view when a record is selected: activate, deactivate, email a link, add to queue, flow, Word templates, Excel templates (also hidden when a record is selected).

Thanks this has helped as the excel template option is now available on the ribbon but do you know if its possible to enable the excel template button within advanced find for work orders as well. It appears changing this setting doesn't change that availability of the button in advanced find? Many thanks for helping!
This may be because the 'Advanced Find' opens a web client not UCI.
