Hi,
Can we avoid blank entries in Audit History. out of 10 fields i have only 4 fields are marked for Audit. I am getting an empty/blank entry in Audit history when i make changes to other 6 fields only (without changing from 4 Audit fields). B'coz of this there are so many empty unwanted entries.

    Hi MSBK,

This is strange. If you are not changing the fields then they should not appear in the audit history.

This generally happens if you are updating these fields unknowingly from plugins, custom workflow etc.

Or if you have any JavaScript which is marking these fields as changed and thus CRM is auditing the values. Though there is no value, so it is setting blank as old & new value.

If you are able to reproduce this issue by manually changing the other 6 fields then worth checking the JavaScript on the form.

    Hope this helps
